As I got off the W on 28th/Broadway, the “Farm To Table” lights beckoned me at Dig Inn! Tonight I picked noodles as my base, forgoed a protein, and opted for three veggies. Yum yum. I picked Roasted Carrot, Sicillan Cauliflower, and Kale with Apple & Blue Cheese. Tomorrow, I’ll go for the Brussels Sprouts with Maple & Sriracha!
After a great workout, there isn’t a better meal in the City.
